RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ONLINE PURCHASES: 

in stock Regular Price items : Can be returned in original condition for a full refund within 7 days after you have received the items.  once the items have been returned your refund will be process and usually take 5-7 days to be applied back to the method of payment that was used to make the purchase.

On Sale: Floor model items sold at discount can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Once returned your store credit will have no expiration and can be used on any future purchases

Items indicated as liquidation are final sale. no returns or refunds permitted. 

If you receive an item and feel it doesn't meet your quality standards but has no major issue or problem or defect, a return is available to you, but the return cost will be at your expense. These items can be put back in original packaging, a return label will be issued and after it has returned and been inspected a refund minus shipping will be applied. Returns go back to same method of payment used and take 5-7 days to receive.

IN STOCK ONLINE ORDERS:

Before Delivery: Your order can be cancelled before delivery without charge by notifying us by phone or email at retromoderndesigns@gmail.com.

After Delivery: Once an item is delivered you may return it at your own expense within 7 days of receiving it for a refund if the item is in the same condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final sale unless there is manufacture defects or damages. Once delivered no refund is offered for custom pieces. If your custom order has a manufacture defect on it please send images to us at retromoderndesigns@gmail.com and we will assist in correcting the issue by providing a way for you to return your item at no expense or a replacement or credit will be issued. If you have any issue with your custom order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item about any manufacture defects to be able to initiate a claim. When you item is finished and shipped to you you cannot cancel before delivery. Only if the item has a manufactured defect is a refund accepted on custom made to order items. We will try and resolve the issue with you. if it cannot be resolved you can return the item for a full refund.

Warranty

Our warranty is valid for 1 year from date. This covers all workmanship such as construction, upholstery and finish materials, this warranty covers related issues for residential, non-commercial usage. As most furniture can be used in many ways wear and tear is not covered under any warranty. our warranty covers manufacture defects. 

if any defects occur during this period we will evaluate and do our best to repair if possible or replace if needed. 

Any items that are sold under liquidation are considered final sale without any warranty. If an item is delivered damaged, a photo must be taken and sent to us within 3 days of delivery. We will verify damage and make arrangements for a repair person to visit you or to have the item picked up for a return and refund.

Custom orders are considered final sale. A custom order would be defined as an item with a special request size or custom alteration that is not normally sold on a website or with a COM fabric/ material. Unless the items have a defect these will not be available for returns or warranty.
